ITAL Group has developed software for the purpose of assessing appeals in response to demand from rail passenger groups, government officials and the BPA.

The software is adaptable for appeals assessing across many industries and multiple incident types.

We also currently offer a back office appeals assessing service in both the rail and parking sectors.

We can provide dedicated websites for individuals to submit appeals, with the information passing directly into the appeals software linking to or creating a new case.

Via our websites appellants can also track the progress of their appeal via a secure account.

The software provides streamlined, efficient and where possible automated processes, as well as an at a glance view for a Manager or Supervisor to keep track of case progress and staff performance.

Management information is available simply and easily, in an ‘out of the box’ offering, but can be tailored to your individual needs.

Within the system is a ‘client kiosk’ which is a secure document portal allowing customers and watchdog organisations to view specific cases on request, including all correspondence, providing an understand as to the outcome of an appeal.
